This program was launched by IRCC in year 2015 to expedite the applications covering Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Federal Skilled Trade (FST) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. The processing times of application under these programs were reduced to 6 months.

To be eligible the candidate is rated against Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score which is based on their age, education, work experience, language proficiency in English or/and French as well as other factors including adaptability.
